Incident on Lake Olson

A few days ago P. and G. decided to explore Lake Olson by boat, and, weather permitting, also the neighboring lake. Rowing out on the pristine waters they noticed a lone fisherman in a tiny motor boat circulating slowly in the middle of the lake, but apparently catching nothing. No one else was in sight, just the shores full of reeds, many cypress trees, and a sky covered by clouds. The occasional sound of thunder could be heard far away.

P. and G. were passing slowly through the shallow canal to the neighboring lake, when, ... splash ... something fell into their boat, then started to jump wildly on the bottom of the boat. About one foot long, slim and of dark green color, the animal turned out to be a fish. After overcoming the initial surprise (no, it was not a small alligator) P. tried to grab the bouncing fish with his hands. Not easy! The animal's body was cold and slippery, and, fighting for its life, jumped almost two feet in all possible directions. After several attempts P. succeeded to hold the slimy body and to throw it back into the water.

Conclusion: On the site of Swiss Ski School there is no need to take your fishing rod. Just row your boat and the fish will jump on your lap!
