• Skiing Paradise I and II

Total of 47 numbered lots, of these 5 are not really foreseen for houses, 37 are built. This is the central area with the office, the golf club and the water ski school. One natural lake, Lake Sumner also called "Swiss One", and two artificial water ski  lakes, Lake Stephanie and Lake Caroline. 

• Swiss Fairways Phase I

This is the Lake Denise area. The World Championship has been held on this lake. There are a total of 26 numbered lots, of which 23 are built.

• Swiss Fairways Phase II

Lake Olson is natural, Lake Pierre is man-made and there is another artificial lake parallel to it, called "Lake Grimm". 

Owners on Lake Pierre have their own boat houses and their own water ski facilities. They enjoy their own slalom course. 

The "Swiss Fairways Phase II"  part of the development has a total of 33 numbered lots. 15 houses are built at present. New houses are under construction. Swiss Fairways II is on the way to losing its wilderness character.
